This is definitely a scam, and now another name is Mary Koyle- (m.koyle001@hotmail.com) I knew something was not right when her second email to me regarding an apartment was highly stressed about her receiving the deposit first. Thankfully I did not send anything or even reply back. Stay away from any owner email asking for money/ deposits first when looking for an apartment, especially when they are in a different country !!
