Type of Scam: Windows Support Scam

I got a call from "John Smith", definitely John had a very thick indian accent, telling me that he works for Windows Technical department and that my computer was sending code error messages to them. The number was blocked, but when i asked him for his name, company and phone number, he hesitated on all three, but gave me this number. I immediately hung up.
