Type of Scam: Cold Calling Scam

I believe that this number is a scam they said that I was granted $6700 for paying my taxes and bills on time and not committing A crime in the last six months that I had a choice to receive the money by direct apposite to my bank count or I can receive it and have cash at a local Walgreens Walmart and in order for me to receive this money there would be a registration fee of $215 they also give me another number to call which they said was there supervisor Kristen Bell lol and that number was 646-893-2744 do not trust these horrible people
