Type of Scam: Cold Calling Scam

This is another scam number. The Caller ID on my landline showed Skype 1-315-944-0992. I picked up the phone and heard with broken English that I have problem with my Windows 10 PC. Started laughing and the same voice said he calling from ... Pakistan.
It's not the first time they call me with the same broken PC scam
