Type of Scam: IRS/CRA Scam

I've received two calls from this number telling me that I need to contact them about a federal criminal offense. This appears to be a scam, but I do not plan to call back to find out. I believe you would hear about a legitimate criminal offense through other means - not a pre-recorded message.
