Type of Scam: IRS/CRA Scam

CRA Scam in Canada. Just got a call from them this am. Called back and did a whois on his IP address, (dummy was using VOIP) traced it back through several different repeaters to India (where else!) Whistles, air horns, work really well. I reported it all to his internet provider in India, and their local Police, but we all know they might even be in on it!
