The scammer will send a fake email claiming to be from PayPal indicating that an over-payment has been made and the money needs to be forwarded to the shipper before the funds are released to the victim. PayPal does not operate in this way.Hello. I want to sell my car and a lady messaged me saying that she wants to buy my car.
