I felt it was a scam and i start searching but i was already sent my resume any body know where am I on this scam.

The scammer is not interested in your resume, just in the money that he can scam out of you for fees for non-existent visas.

Just block him and do not respond to any further mails from him. Do not accuse him of being a scammer or tell him that he is listed here. He will just deny it and carry on trying to scam you.
