Terms& Conditions shall be applied as follows:

1. Payment terms shall be 90 days from the date of receiving invoice and stamped delivery note

2. No advance payment shall be accepted

3. Materials should be delivered within two days maximum after receiving our purchase order

4. Materials should meet the required specifications as mention exactly on our purchase order
