Type of Scam: Other Scams
Mail sent to our Admin address:
A guy called me from (310) 349-4559 asking for payroll records on an employee and asking to confirm his identity with a picture. I'm not sure DPSS EVER calls an employer and to do such sketchy shit like confirm the persons face. What made it even more sketchy was his lack of professionalism and his asking to come and personally pick up the payroll records. Since when does DPSS do this?
