The SRA has received information that a member of the public has received a contract for the purchase of a horse, which falsely purports to have been drawn up by Summerfield Browne Limited.
The contract is headed with the logo and name of Summerfield Browne Solicitors (which is the trading name for Summerfield Browne Limited), and with the address 3rd Floor, 207 Regent Street, London, W1B 3HH and a telephone number of 0203 318 8069. The contract was sent by email from James Drislane, who is described as Partner, Head of Business Development and Marketing.
The SRA does not regulate or authorise an individual by the name of James Drislane.
Any business or transactions conducted through the telephone number of "0203 318 8069" are not undertaken by a solicitor's practice or an individual authorised or regulated by the SRA.
