I need Urgently SBLC Provider For Lease Value 20Million-500Million.But My Company have Several Terms and Condition.
1. Recipient sends required documents to provider for due diligence.
2. Both parties sign DOA
3. The provider issues a Bank Confirmation Letter and RWA to the beneficiary via a secure email to the recipient's bank officer.
4. The recipient calculates the BCL and RWA from the provider with Proof of Funds against the nominal value of the SBLC to be verified by the provider.
5. After that, the Provider issues a BPU to the Beneficiary Bank, and the Beneficiary will pay 50% of the Leased fee and an brokerage fees.
6. After payment is received, the provider sends MT799 to the benefiaciary's coordinating bank.
7. After the provider receives the rental fee and BPU, the provider sends the MT760 and sends the hard copy of the instrument via bank courier.
8. After the MT760 has been received and verified, the recipient sends the remaining rental balance and brokerage fees.
